These Terms apply to all services provided by Accent Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with our services.
Use of Services
Our services are designed to help businesses, primarily in the eCommerce and B2B space, optimize and grow their email and SMS marketing performance.
You agree to:
Use our services for lawful purposes only
Provide accurate and complete information when requested
Not reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the services without express written permission
Misuse of our services, systems, or strategy frameworks may result in immediate termination of the agreement without refund.
Payment Terms
All fees are communicated upfront and invoiced according to the agreement signed at the start of the engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required before services begin.
For multi-month projects or retainers, a clear billing schedule will be outlined.
Late payments may result in service delays, pause in deliverables, or termination of services.
We reserve the right to withhold access to deliverables until outstanding invoices are paid in full.
Refund Policy
All payments made to Accent Studio are non-refundable, due to the strategic and time-intensive nature of our services. We are committed to delivering high-quality work and supporting you through the agreed engagement period. If you have questions or concerns about the project, please reach out and we’ll do our best to resolve them collaboratively.
Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously. All private business data, marketing information, customer lists, and internal analytics shared with us are treated as strictly confidential. Accent Studio will never disclose or use this information outside of the scope of your project, unless required by law or given written permission.
Similarly, we ask that you treat our internal systems, strategy documents, and proprietary processes with the same level of respect and confidentiality.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.
We reserve the right to end an engagement if:
Payment terms are not honored
A breakdown in communication occurs
The working relationship becomes unproductive or misaligned
Termination does not entitle the client to a refund for work already completed or in progress.
Intellectual Property
All creative assets, copywriting, and strategy documentation produced during the project will be transferred to you upon final payment.
Accent Studio retains the right to showcase general project outcomes or anonymized case studies as part of our portfolio, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
Templates, frameworks, and proprietary materials used to deliver services remain the intellectual property of Accent Studio.
Limitation of Liability
While our services are designed to improve retention and revenue through email and SMS, results will vary based on your product, market conditions, implementation, and other factors.
Accent Studio is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses - Lost revenue due to implementation delays or technical issues
Platform limitations or outages (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify, etc.)
Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for the current engagement.
Modifications to These Terms
Accent Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will notify active clients by email. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
